How do I place an order?

Just choose your favorite art style, select a size, and upload a clear photo of your pet. You can then customize any details and place your order in a few clicks.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes! We’ll send you a digital proof for approval. You can request unlimited edits until your portrait looks exactly the way you want it.

What kind of photos work best?

Bright, clear images with your pet facing the camera work best. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered pictures. See our Photo Guide for examples.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your artwork hasn’t started, we can often make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Can I request a specific background or text?

Of course. You can add special instructions when ordering, such as background color, pet’s name, or any personal touches you’d like.

Do you offer digital-only portraits?

Yes! You can choose a digital file if you’d prefer to print it yourself.

Can you match the portrait colors to my home decor?

Absolutely. Just mention your preferred color palette in the instructions, and our artists will tailor your artwork.

Do you create portraits of animals other than dogs and cats?

Yes! We love all pets—birds, rabbits, horses, reptiles—just upload your photo and we’ll take care of the rest.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production usually takes 3–5 business days after you approve your artwork preview.

Shipping times depend on your location:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–7 business days

🇨🇦 Canada: 7–10 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

🇦🇺 Australia: 10–14 business days

🇪🇺 European Union: 7–14 business days

🌎 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

What if my print arrives damaged?

We’ll replace it free of charge. Just send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of everything.

How will I know when my order ships?

We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your portrait is on the way.

Pricing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

Do you offer discounts?

Is there an extra cost for revisions?

Nope! Unlimited revisions before printing are always included in the price.

Are there any hidden fees?

No—what you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay. No hidden charges.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you’re ordering multiple portraits,  please contact us for a custom quote.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount or promo code can be applied per order.

Returns & Replacements

Can I return my portrait?

Because each portrait is custom-made, we can’t accept returns. But if there’s any issue, we’ll work with you to make it right.

What if I’m not happy with my portrait?

You have unlimited previews and edits before printing, so you can be sure you’ll love the final piece. If you still aren’t satisfied, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong size or frame?

Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we can usually update your order.

How long do I have to report a problem with my order?

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your portrait so we can resolve any issues quickly.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued in special circumstances (e.g., items lost in transit or damaged beyond replacement). Otherwise, we’ll remake your portrait to ensure you’re happy. For more information, you can read our returns & refund policy.
