Ordering & Customization

All portraits are made to order. Production begins after you approve your artwork proof.

  • Production Time: 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays):

🇺🇸 United States: 5–7 business days


🇨🇦 Canada: 7–10 business days


🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10–14 business days


🇪🇺 European Union: 7–14 business days


🌎 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery timeframes start after production is complete and you have approved your artwork.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping within the United States.
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Framed and unframed prints are shipped in protective materials.

Delays & Liability

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • For damaged items, provide photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will replace or refund any confirmed lost or damaged orders.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipment.
